The district is a short distance away from following popular and common attractions: • 5 miles to the beach • 3 miles to the Los Angeles International Airport, largest airport in the West Coast • 11 miles to Hollywood, the entertainment capital of the world • 11 miles to Beverly Hills • 35 miles to Disneyland • 1.5 hours to the California desert, mountains, and ski resorts, etc. Under direction of an assigned administrator, the Speech and Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing and determining eligibility of children with language and speech disorders, for formulating goals and objectives and providing instruction to effectively modify language and speech disorders, and for coordinating the instructional services with the multidisciplinary assessment team and school staff.
