Beach Holidays, LLC - Accounts Payable Clerk$21.50 per hour Beach Holidays is currently hiring an Accounts Payable clerk starting at $20-21 per hour. Must be a team player, have strong work ethic, professional, friendly, dependable and trustworthy. Ability to be organized, detail oriented and produce accurate work. Ability to multi-task on a daily basis.Job duties include, but not limited to:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Process invoices and cut checks for all properties</li><li style="line-height:normal">Maintains Accounts Payable files.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Completes and files the new vendor set-up request forms and 1099 information</li><li style="line-height:normal">Assists vendors and employees with payment and coding questions.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Responsible for the void check process.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Close Monthly AP in a timely fashion.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Reconciliation of Vendor Statements</li><li style="line-height:normal">Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Familiar with Tri Property Allocation</li><li style="line-height:normal">Experience with Bill Pay Platform is prefered</li></ul>Minimum five years of recent experience in Accounts Payable is preferred.MUST BE proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and ADVANCED in Excel. Hotel Industry a plus.
