This position oversees the Business Office, financial systems, and reporting processes, while partnering across the Club to strengthen fiscal discipline and operational performance.
Reports directly to the General Manager, with regular interaction and accountability to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Leadership & Reporting:
- Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management. This role oversees all accounting operations, day-to-day financial functions, accurate reporting, internal controls, and compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
The Controller provides financial analysis and insight to support decision-making by the Operations Team, Committees, and the Board of Directors.
