As the Quality Control officer of case file records, the incumbent is responsible for quality assurance reviews on digitized electronic records; ensuring that all records are properly scanned and recorded in the Records Management System (RMS); additionally, the incumbent will perform quality control reviews on case file documents identified for destruction ensure only appropriately scanned documents are approved for destruction and will direct and oversee the destruction process.
