This is professional work in supervising the Admissions operation in the collaboration with the Zoo Admissions Manager to include cash banks, ticket booth operations, ticketing system, revenue collections and deposits, daily reconciliation, investigates cash overages and shortages, and randomly performs cash and inventory audits in cash-handling locations; supervises Guest Service Representatives engaged in this operation as well as providing exceptional customer service through engagement while creating friendly and positive interactions with all guests and co-workers.
