Under direction of the Assistant Director of Recreation, this individual in this position will assist in the following areas: supervision of facilities; planning, organizing, coordinating, promoting, directing well-balanced recreation programs and senior citizen programs , day camps and swimming programs; training and supervision of staff; hiring and evaluating staff; hiring and scheduling. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
