Responsibilities include inspection of daily construction work to ensure compliance with contract plans and specifications, minimum testing of materials, review of contractor submittals, requests for information and coordination with the contractor, monitoring maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT), preparing daily inspection reports, perform field measurements of pay items, provide computations for pay items, participate in meetings, preparing meeting minutes and follow up action items.
