Primary duties include (1) beautifying the parks, green spaces, and City properties by performing routine grounds maintenance, (2) inspecting, cleaning, maintaining park grounds and facilities such as pavilions, playgrounds, and restrooms; (3) providing support in other City/Public Works functions as needed; and (4) performing related work as directed. Maintaining park facilities and grounds by litter and refuse removal, painting, and similar minor repairs, cleaning and maintaining restrooms, pavilions, and other City facilities, trimming excess tree and vegetation overgrowth, and mowing, weeding, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, trimming, sodding, sawing, digging holes and trench lines.
