Minimum Qualifications•Bachelor's Degree in Education, Youth Development, Recreation, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.•Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with youth programs, afterschool programs, education, or youth development initiatives.•Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or program coordination experience preferred.•Experience working with Native American communities strongly preferred.•Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours during program periods.•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
