Job Summary: Key Responsibilities * Talent Acquisition Support * Support end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume hiring (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination * Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely hiring processes * Screen resumes and conduct candidate outreach and pre-qualification calls * Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience * Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports * Maintain job postings and job description updates across multiple platforms * Assist in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and pipeline-building initiatives * Maintain hiring metrics tracking such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, interview turnaround times, and onboarding completion * Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure recruiting process visibility and follow-up * Partner with HR and operations teams to support workforce ramp-up initiatives and urgent staffing needs * Support sourcing and employer branding initiatives * Onboarding & HR Administration * Support onboarding logistics (offer letters, documentation, scheduling onboarding sessions) * Ensure completion and compliance of new hire documentation * Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality * Assist with background checks and pre-employment processes * Provide administrative HR support as needed * Operational & Ad Hoc HR Support * Assist with HR projects related to workforce planning and process improvement * Support employee lifecycle activities as needed (offboarding, internal mobility, etc.) * Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes * Provide support to the HR team during peak workload periods * Other duties may be assigned.
