Key Responsibilities: * Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer * Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies * Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach * Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles * Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit * Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions * Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations * Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices * Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree * Prior experience, ideally at agency and corporate * Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent * Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers * Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems) * Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills * Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
