EDUCATION -High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; College Degree or coursework preferred EXPERIENCE - Prefer 1-2 years experience in recruiting environment CERTIFICATE/LICENSE - None PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS - Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs frequentlyRequires prolonged sitting and some bending, stooping, and stretching.
