This role reports to the Director of Talent Management and serves as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, operations teams, and hiring managers, delivering recruiting solutions for complex construction projects and corporate functions. The Senior Project Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts for a variety of positions including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Schedulers, Safety Professionals, Field Leadership, Skilled Trades, and other construction and operations roles.
