Attends physician recruitment events when needed, i.e. National and local medical conferences, resident events, job fairs, networks with local and national colleagues, and attends related Association of Staff Physician Recruiters educational functions. Implements methods to generate candidates to include national/local internet advertising, website postings, database searches, direct mail, journal advertising, referrals from Carilion employed providers, and contacting residency programs.
