Upon successful completion of our salaried non-exempt 13 week training period ($40k annualized plus OT), Recruiters earn a base salary of $50,000 annually plus uncapped weekly commission , giving you the opportunity to directly impact your earnings through your performance. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
