The Contract Recruiters is responsible for creating recruitment strategies with hiring managers, assisting when needed with the creation of job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, scheduling all candidate interviews and candidate debriefs, extending offers, and initiating background checks while managing multiple requisitions. Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies for current hiring needs, build effective candidate sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
