Were seeking an experienced APRN Recruiter to lead full-cycle, in-house recruitment and help scale our growing network of providers across the U.S. In this role, youll manage the entire clinical hiring process, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and handoff to onboarding, while ensuring a white-glove candidate experience. You dont need to manage supervision agreements yourself; our Practice Ops team handles that, but you do need to understand/follow how practice authority tiers, collaborative agreements, and prescriptive authority rules affect candidate eligibility, onboarding timelines, and the questions APRNs will ask you.
