You'll help develop an ongoing pipeline of roofers, sheet metal professionals, service technicians, foremen, salespeople, leaders, and other talented individuals who could become future Horizon team members. Our recruiting needs can range from field and skilled-trade positions to foremen, service professionals, sheet metal team members, salespeople, management, and other key positions throughout the company.
