As a Technical Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of Normal's roles: AI/ML research, software engineering, silicon hardware (architects, RTL and DV engineers, physical design, bring-up), and the G&A roles that keep a scaling company running. Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers across engineering, research, and business functions, aligning on candidate qualifications, technical bars, and calibration as searches evolve.
