Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer and Director of Talent, this individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented dental hygienists across a rapidly expanding organization supporting more than 160 dental practices throughout the Northeast.
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, networking within the dental community, and serving as an ambassador for both the profession and the organization. The Talent Acquisition team serves as a strategic partner to operations and executive leadership, helping ensure practices are staffed with exceptional clinical professionals who support outstanding patient care.
