Reporting to the Head, In-Market Logistics Operations, Americas, as the Associate Director, North America Logistics , you will be accountable for regional outcomes across countries and business units, including leadership through managers, regional governance, budget ownership, integration, continuity and cross-market decisions. You will lead managers and support resources across markets and business units, you will establish clear accountabilities, backup coverage and decision pathways, and you will build leadership capability, succession coverage and organizational readiness.
