Oversee delivery of real estate and facilities management services, leveraging third-party vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes, consistent with the requirements of the business client and support peer organizations within the portfolio. As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of real estate activities-including planning, design, build/lease, operation, and maintenance-for Microsoft's Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska Tennessee, and Wisconsin regions.
