As directed, assist the Regional Property Manager and/or Property Manager to mentor, lead and manage a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel, in order to maximize team engagement. Understand and execute on project tasks, including, but not limited to: AR/AP/PO processing, delinquency tracking and collections, leasing and work order administration, physical property inspections, policy and procedure implementation, compliance and auditing, CRM queue support, and other project management related tasks.
