Performs various administrative duties for Sales/Food and Beverage such as coding and submitting invoices, answering phones and e mail, arranging special events, scheduling conferences and banquets, handling information requests, and other similar tasks. Along with administrative responsibilities, the role will coordinate the group reservations processes, assist with inquiries, interact with clients during site inspections, the contracting process, during planning phases and on property support, and utilize proprietary technology to track productivity.
