Get Cooperized Essential Duties & Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver group-based and population nutrition programs, including lectures, workshops, cooking demonstrations, and multi-session curricula Lead nutrition programming for Cooper Quest, center-wide wellness initiatives, youth camps, and special populations primarily through group formats Develop evidence-based educational content supporting lifestyle behavior change, prevention, and population health goals Provide limited, strategic individual nutrition consultations focused on new member onboarding, group-program follow-up, and program-specific needs Oversee and manage the EatLove digital nutrition platform to support group education, engagement, and member workshops Conduct body composition analysis (InBody) and support wellness screenings and assessments Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support internship, youth, and family-focused programming Assist with administrative, reporting, planning, budgeting, and leadership support related to program utilization, growth, and strategic initiatives Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be required Represent the company brand at the highest level and support company decisions Uphold the Cooper Core values.
