Job Responsibilities: Provides direct care to patients with complex acute and chronic wounds, urinary and fecal diversions, stoma care, fistulas, percutaneous tubes, pressure ulcers, lower extremity wounds, surgical wounds, incontinence/moisture associated dermal conditions and others. Provides collaboration and consultation to the health care team in developing and implementing plans used in the identification and management of patients with potential or actual alteration in skin integrity and stoma /fistula care.
