Under the administrative guidance of the Long-Term Care (LTC) Director of Nursing (DON), the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) establishes, maintains, and enhances clinical and operational systems to achieve positive outcomes for residents, families, and staff. The ADON supports fiscal responsibility through budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and revenue enhancement while maintaining a strong focus on quality resident care.
