The ASC Clinical Nurse develops and communicates goal‑directed care plans, advocates for patient rights, and delivers safe, compassionate, and timely care to patients across all age groups. Competence in documenting assessments, interventions, medications, and patient responses accurately and timely; ability to develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans.
