Interview patients to obtain past and present medical information and record data according to the format and procedures of Falls Community Health, recognize nonmedical needs of patients and their families, and make appropriate referrals to other agencies as necessary. Exhibit competency and perform clinic procedures according to policy, including, but not limited to, IV administration, EKGs, ear irrigations, spirometry, peak flows, and nebulizer treatments.
