In addition, this position is responsible for directing unlicensed staff, conducting patient assessments, executing and developing plan of care, communicating post-procedure observation, non-invasive procedure interventions, patient/family teaching, and implementation of treatment plan. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
