MercyOne Medical Group - Northeast Iowa is made up of more than 30 primary care, pediatric, internal medicine and specialty clinics located throughout Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Benton, Butler, Fayette and Tama counties.

Performs the roles: 1) mentor; 2) clinician; 3) educator; 4) consultant / collaborator; and 5) navigator.\n \nHours:\n\n 12-hour shifts (3 shifts per week/full-time)\n \nShift Availability:\n\n Full-Time:\n Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM\n \n\n \nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n Current Iowa RN license\n BSN preferred\n Minimum five (5) years of equivalent experience in health condition management in an adult acute care clinical setting with direct patient care experience within the last 10 years.\n \nPosition Highlights and Benefits: At MercyOne, we prioritize your physical and mental well-being.
Actual compensation offered will be within the range stated above but vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, and certification requirements, as well as comparisons to current colleagues in similar roles. Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
