Holiday coverage required based on number of major holidays falling within the assignment period (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day). If 1-2 holidays fall during the assignment, no holiday RTO can be requested; if 3 holidays fall during the assignment, one holiday RTO request may be considered.
