The Wound Care RN will assess patients with skin integrity concerns and complex wounds, develop appropriate care strategies, provide treatment, and monitor healing progress. The selected candidate will provide specialized wound assessments and treatments while working closely with patients, families, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
