Job Title: RN II - Emergency Department Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 36 hours Experience: One year in acute care required License: Current RN license in state of practice required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required within 6 months of hire Must-Have: Experience in emergency nursing, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, and trauma nursing core course compliance Description: Providing nursing care, including triage, treatment, and discharge care for patients in the emergency department. Is competent in routine nursing skills including medication administration, intravenous therapy, care and maintenance of indwelling catheters and drains, and safe use of critical care medical equipment.
