Clinical responsibilities include telemetry monitoring, rapid response and code team participation, blood product administration, central and peripheral line management, oxygen and non-invasive airway support, isolation precautions, insulin and heparin protocols, and management of cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration. The care team collaborates with physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, social services, and rapid response teams.
