The NICU Registered Nurse must have excellent assessment skills, clinical skills, organizational skills, and computer knowledge and charge capabilities. The NICU Registered Nurse ensures that care is safe, efficient, effective, timely and meets the cultural, spiritual, and ethnic needs of each patient and family.
