Provide routine and complex nursing care utilizing the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation - for an assigned patient population with a mix of diagnoses and acuity levels, including respiratory conditions, sepsis, and multiple co-morbidities. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers; identify issues and connect with appropriate resources.
