Your responsibilities will include providing critical care to patients in a Level 1 trauma environment, managing patient ratios of 1:4-6, and floating to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units for 4-hour blocks as needed. This role requires a 12-hour rotating day/night shift schedule (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), alternating every 4 weeks between days and nights.
