The candidate must be located at one of the below Wisconsin (WI) locations: Spooner (Washington County), Park falls (Price County), Menomonie (Dunn County), New Auburn / Eau Claire (Chippewa county), Arcadia (Trempeauleau county), Tomah (Monroe county), Reedsburg (Sauk county), La Crosse (Lax County), Viroquoa (Vernon county), Bloomington / Prairie du chein (Grant county), Madison/ Verona (Dane county). Attends meetings and training as needed or required to maintain knowledge of agency processes, the LTCFS tool, and/or any changes to process or the screening tool resulting from new state directives.
