Nestled at the base of Grand Mesa in beautiful Delta County, our location provides a peaceful, small-town setting surrounded by orchards, scenic byways, and easy access to outdoor recreation, local farms, and the charm of nearby communities. The nurse will plan, direct and carry out shift routines in assigned nursing unit and observe, direct and evaluate the activities of personnel as the person “in charge” according to the Nurse Practice Act.
