Skills required include IV therapy, arterial line management, central line care, ventilator patient care, ABG interpretation, continuous IV sedation, and titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips. Manages complex cases including CRRT, cardiac/cardiac surgery, CABG, hemodynamic monitoring, respiratory failure/vent management, DKA, and altered mental status.
