Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Med Surg ICU setting serving adult and pediatric patients (15+) with diagnoses including respiratory failure, ARDS, MODS, sepsis, stroke, cardiogenic shock, renal failure, GI bleeds, and general/cancer-specific surgeries. Manage and troubleshoot respiratory therapy equipment ranging from nasal cannula to mechanical ventilators; read and interpret cardiac monitoring strips independently using Draeger heart monitoring with centralized telemetry.
