Required Qualifications: Active Maryland or compact Registered Nurse license; two years of experience; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certifications; experience in cardiovascular intensive care; experience with intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP), Impella devices, ventilated patients, arterial and central lines, cardiac drips, dysrhythmia management, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and advanced cardiovascular monitoring. Clinical procedures may include bedside central and arterial line insertion, bronchoscopy, chest tube insertion, intubation, pulmonary artery catheter insertion, targeted temperature management, and continuous renal replacement therapy.
