What you will do: As an After-Hours Hospice RN, you will respond to patient and family needs during overnight hours, providing skilled nursing assessments, symptom management, and supportive care in homes and nursing facilities. In this rewarding role, you will provide critical nursing care and support to hospice patients and families in their homes and nursing facilities in the Capital/Saratoga region during evening, overnight, or weekend hours.
