Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required License: Valid state nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, LA Fire Card required Must-Have: Strong neuro experience required Experience with cardiovascular, multi-trauma, gunshot wounds, stroke, and STEMI cases Experience in a level 2 trauma facility is required Ability to float between ICU and PCU units Description: This position requires strong neuro experience in a high-acuity setting. The nurse will work with patients experiencing traumatic injuries including motor vehicle accidents and orthopedic cases.
