The role provides subject matter expertise and support for designated technology platforms, coordinates resolution of system-related issues, identifies opportunities to improve workflows, and facilitates the successful implementation of new technologies, programs, and operational initiatives. Support the rollout of established programs to new departments, facilities, regions, or other designated areas by developing structured implementation plans that define timelines, milestones, responsibilities, training requirements, resources, communication needs, and measures of success.
