Provides holistic, quality and cost-effective advanced practice care for patients, families, and others in a target population, and participates in the medical and surgical treatment for chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis and fibroids, to achieve or maintain optimal health status, manage disease and reduce risk of illness. Seeking a physician to support the MIGs team in performing surgeries at Hartford and Manchester Hospital; and outpatient clinical care in our West Hartford, Glastonbury, or Southington offices and possible further expansion into South Windsor locations.
