The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for providing leadership to assigned clinical areas, overseeing daily clinical operations, and working with peers and leadership to develop long-term strategic processes that enhance patient care and nursing operations. This includes elements of evidence based practice, ethics, influencing behaviors, accountability of self, peers and staff, critical thinking, clinical leadership, quality improvement, strategic management, teamwork, and mentoring.
