Skills required: trach care, chest tube, TR band, post Cath Lab, central line maintenance care, general nursing; hard stops: reading/interpreting/measuring cardiac rhythm, caring for patients on bipap and high flow O2, comfortable with cardiac patients; must be comfortable titratable drips: diltiazem, amiodarone, heparin, digoxin, Bumex, Lasix. Choose to serve patients in major medical centers, community-based hospitals, outpatient clinics, sub-acute care & rehab hospitals, correctional and long-term care facilities, and more.
