Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Northern Virginia**Start Date:** September 28, 2026 **Location:** Dulles, Virginia **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Day or night shift; varied patient ratios based on labor stages; one to two on-call shifts per month preferred**Highlights:**- Join a rapidly growing 10-bed Labor unit with 13 postpartum beds and 2 ORs, plus Level 2 NICU support- Work alongside a collaborative team with 24/7 in-house OB Hospitalist and Neonatology providers- Full-service Labor & Delivery including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, inductions, and OB ED/triage- Labor tubs available for midwifery patients; advanced fetal monitoring system in place- EMR platforms: Meditech and CPN- Scrubs provided by facility**Requirements:**- Active Virginia RN license or ability to obtain- Minimum 2 years Labor & Delivery experience required- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certifications required- Flexibility and strong teamwork skills preferred- May assist in Postpartum as needed**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team in a growing hospital with a strong culture of collaboration and support.
